Paola began her career in Ethica Group, joining the M&A Advisory team in 2011. Over the years, she has handled Mergers & Acquisitions, with a specific focus in the “Consumer & Retail”, “Pharma & Healthcare” and “Business Service” sectors. She has a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Milan’s Bocconi University.
