Ethica Global Investments acquired a 75% stake of DM Tecnik S.r.l.

Ethica Global Investments acquired, through TechVision, a majority stake of DM Tecnik S.r.l., a company specialized in the production and marketing of small metal parts for the eyewear sector.

DM Tecnik, based in Mel (Belluno), is specialized in the realization of high precision milling, reworking and shaping on any type of material, using the most advanced technologies in the sector.

With this transaction, Ethica Global continues the process of consolidating a platform within the eyewear sector, started in 2017 with the acquisition of Ideal, also active in the sector of components for small metal parts for eyewear, and continued last year with the acquisition of Biemme, leader in surface finishing, electroplating and varnishing for eyewear. The three companies thus aim to become an integrated and complete hub of suppliers for the eyewear sector, with the vision to create “full made in Italy” products.
