We build and execute transactions involving the sale, merger and acquisition of companies, businesses or shareholdings. We act as financial advisors assisting our clients in all stages of the process until the successful conclusion of the transaction.
Debt Advisory
We deal with structuring, organising and raising bank, alternative and subsidised financing projects. We are able to carry out a wide range of transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance and structured finance lines to support corporate growth, whether ordinary or extraordinary.
ECM Advisory
Thanks to our participation in Emintad, we are able to assist medium-sized companies and their shareholders in identifying the best listing strategies and their execution on regulated and unregulated markets, both in Italy and abroad.
Equity Investments
Through our stable holding company, we invest in the capital of small and medium-sized Italian companies, by supporting entrepreneurs and managers aiming at realising medium to long-term partnerships.
