Ethica Debt Advisory advised the Management of Ecopol S.p.A. in structuring and issuing a bond underwritten by Tenax Capital Private Debt Italia, with the aim of refinancing existing holding debt and supporting the ongoing development process of the company.

Ecopol S.p.A. is specialized in the production of hydro soluble and biodegradable film, with main applications in the households’ detergent segment, but also other sectors such as construction. Today Ecopol represents one of the leading players operating in this specific niche, developing a more and more consolidated presence in Europe serving important multi-national companies. In 2019 Ecopol reported revenues for €6.3 million.
