Ethica Debt Advisory advised Biolchim S.p.A., leader in the production and marketing of special fertilizers, in restructuring its medium-long term debt.

The Group operates in more than 80 countries, with seven plants, four of which in Italy, through all distribution channels of professional agriculture, home & garden and B2B.

The Group has its subsidiaries in Brazil, Germany, Hungary, Poland, China, New Zealand and Canada, and in 2014 opened direct representation offices in Colombia and Turkey, continuing to operate in other countries with local staff and through a network of distributors and importers.

The operation is intended to improve both the previous financial conditions and the medium term debt structure.
