Ethica Corporate Finance advised CogiPower in the sale of 56.4 MW of photovoltaic plants to the Italian fund for F2i infrastructures

CogiPower started its activity in the field of renewable energy in 2010. In the last 5 years the company has implemented a significant development strategy starting a strong acquisition campaign, which has led it to control and manage a one of the largest photovoltaic park in Italy.
