Ethica Corporate Finance advised Opera SGR and Quadrivio SGR in the disposal of Castaldi Lighting to Headway Capital Partner, a British Private Equity fund.

Founded in 2011 from the merger of “Ing. Castaldi Illuminazione” and “Norlight”, lighting sector companies able to build during the years a solid and sound reputation in the outdoor (Castaldi brand) and indoor (Norlight brand) segments, with a main focus on office building, public lighting and specialties, as for instance clean rooms for the pharma manufacturing.
