Ethica Corporate Finance advised  IMESA in the sale of its portfolio of photovoltaic plants to Quadrivio Capital S.G.R.

IMESA, a company operating since 1972 in the field of electromechanical constructions, has sold a portfolio consisting of three ground-based photovoltaic plants located in Central Italy region, connected in 2011 and authorized with the Second and Third “Conto Energia” (Italian Feed-in-Tariff). The sale of the portfolio has allowed IMESA to achieve a significant return on its investment in the world of renewable energy, and is part of the Group’s broader strategy to focus further on the development of its core business.
