Ethica Group alongside KYIP Capital in the acquisition of Selecta
Ethica Group, with the M&A and Debt Advisory teams, acted as financial advisor to KYIP Capital in the buy-side coordination of the acquisition of Selecta, Italian leader in multi-channel automated communication for high added value customer interaction .
Founded in 1980, with headquarters in San Martino Rio (RE), Selecta is today the Italian leader in the integration and outsourcing of multi-channel solutions (physical, digital and telephone) for customer interaction, as well as being the first private national operator in the printing and enveloping mandatory communications.
KYIP Capital through the acquisition of Selecta and the merger with Datlas – already in its portfolio since October 2021 – today creates Datlas Group, a new reality specialized in data validation and multichannel communication outsourcing services.
