Ethica Group assisted, with the M&A Advisory team and in co-advisory with Jefferies, MTA, Italian leader in the supply of solutions dedicated to process cooling, air conditioning and compressed air and gas treatment, already part of the Checkers portfolio Capital since 2020, in the sale of the majority to Trane Technologies, a European player specialized in the design, production, sale and assistance of innovative products and services for climate control for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration for transport and customized refrigeration solutions.
