Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted Hyle Capital Partners in the sale of the majority of the Fyeld Group to White Bridge Investments, a holding company active on the private equity market and already leader of various growth projects, often characterized by buid-ups.
White Bridge Investments collects the legacy of a group born from the acquisition of Guaresi S.p.A., a leading company in the world of tomato harvesting machines for the canning industry, which then expanded thanks to the acquisitions of Grim S.r.l. (self-propelled sprayers) in 2022 and Hortech S.r.l. (vegetable harvesting machines) in 2023, up to the new entries, the German Kult (mowers) and Toselli (mounted and trailed sprayers).
