Ethica Group with Senstronic (Andera Partners) in the acquisition of Selet Sensors and LCA Ballauri
Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, advised Senstronic, a leading company in the design and production of advanced sensing and connection solutions for industrial automation and onboard applications, based in Saverne, France, part of the Andera Partners portfolio, in the acquisition of the Piedmontese Selet Sensors and LCA Ballauri, thus continuing to strengthen its presence on the Italian market.
Thanks to these two new acquisitions, Senstronic creates a hub of industrial excellence in the highly technical sensor segment. The acquisition of Selet Sensors and LCA Ballauri in fact follows that of Metallux AG, in Germany, thus bringing the group’s overall turnover to more than €50 million. Through the mutual sharing of technological know-how and the complementarity of their respective markets, the group aims to further expand its offering on the Italian and international markets, and strengthen its innovation capabilities.
