Ludovica D’Acierno

Ludovica joined Ethica Group in 2025 as part of the NextInfra Advisory team. She previously gained experience in Corporate Finance at Epyon Consulting and in M&A and Project Finance at MFZ & Partners, where she was involved in transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors. Her expertise includes M&A advisory, structured finance, and financial modelling. Ludovica holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
