Ethica Group with Ambienta and Frigoveneta in the acquisition of SAIM Impianti and SAIM Service
Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised Ambienta SGR, a leading European private equity firm with a focus on investments in environmental sustainability, in completing the acquisition—through its portfolio company Frigoveneta—of SAIM Impianti and SAIM Service (together “SAIM”), a family-owned company active in the design, installation and after-sales service of industrial refrigeration systems and post-harvest technologies for the agri-food sector. The vendors will remain actively involved in the business and will reinvest in the platform alongside Ambienta.
This transaction strengthens Ambienta’s commitment to developing a leading player in a market worth approximately €12 billion, driven by energy efficiency and the transition to low-impact refrigerants.
