Ethica Group, through its Debt Advisory team, has advised Ridemovi in obtaining and structuring a bank loan aimed at supporting the company’s growth.
The funds were provided by a group of banks composed of Illimity (Banca Ifis Group), also acting as Coordinator, Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, and Banco di Desio e della Brianza.
