Ethica Group assisted Ansaldo Energia in obtaining a non‑repayable grant from the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy

Ethica Group, through its Debt Advisory team, assisted Ansaldo Energia in securing a non‑repayable grant from the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

The incentives granted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy under the Industrial Transition Fund, pursuant to Ministerial Decree of 21 October 2022, relate to an investment program aimed at improving the energy efficiency of production machinery and facilities, as well as generating renewable energy through the installation of photovoltaic panels.
