Francesco Fornarelli

Francesco joined Ethica Group in 2026 as an M&A Partner, leading the firm’s vertical dedicated to the IT Services and Financial Services sectors. He brings extensive experience in M&A, with a particular focus on B2B software, IT services, and technology solutions for banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.

Prior to joining Ethica Group, Francesco held several positions at Vitale & Co., most recently serving as Partner and Head of Technology Coverage. In this role, he advised private equity investors and Italian and international industrial groups on numerous M&A transactions.

Earlier in his career, Francesco gained experience in the Investment Banking division of UniCredit in Milan and Vienna, as well as at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
