Proteko

Ethica Group, through its M&A and Debt Advisory teams, and Banca Finint, through its Corporate Finance team, advised Finint Investments SGR, as majority shareholder of Proteko, together with Francesco Scelsi and Antonio Mendo, the Group’s key managers and shareholders, on the sale of the company to Fremman Capital, a pan-European private equity firm specialized in mid-market investments.
