Ethica Group assisted LBO France and the other Vetroelite shareholders in the sale of the company to the American group TricorBraun, the largest primary packaging distributor in North America. The founder and the entire management team will continue to lead the company in the new course alongside TricorBraun.
Founded in 1994, Vetroelite designs and distributes an exclusive variety of high-end glass packaging for various sectors, including spirits, gourmet foods, home fragrances, wine and cosmetics. Vetroelite has a solid global presence, with numerous offices in Europe and North America, serving customers in over 90 countries. Since the acquisition of LBO France in 2017, Vetroelite has almost tripled its turnover, through acquisitions and organic growth, becoming today a leader in high-end glass packaging.
With this strategic partnership TricorBraun aims to have an important platform for expansion in Europe, where international players are starting a phase of market consolidation.
