Ethica Debt Advisory advised Zambon, a player in the pharmaceutical industry, in the structuring of a financing directly provided by European Investment Bank to support the R&D projects.

Founded in Vicenza in 1906, Zambon is an international group operating in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry focused on the production of active and intermediate ingredients in three business areas: generic drugs, custom products and pharmaceutical products under the Zambon brand. It operates directly in three European countries, South America and Asia with over 2,600 employees.

The financing is intended to support the development of new drugs in the strategic areas of Zambon, with particular priority to those of the central nervous system and the respiratory system.
