Antonio Visioli

Antonio joined Ethica Group’s M&A team in 2026. Previously, he worked in the M&A team at Pirola Corporate Finance, where he was involved in transactions with a focus on the Industrial, Consumer Goods, and Logistics sectors. Antonio holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control from Bocconi University.
