Davide Bona

Davide joins Ethica Group’ Business Development division with focus on the ECM market in 2023. Davide previously worked in the Capital Service team of ELITE, a Borsa Italiana company (Euronext Group) and before that in two different SIMs, EnVent and Advance SIM , active in the Equity Capital Market sector (as EGA). He has gained experience in both Corporate Finance and IPOs, participating in the listing of over 20 companies, mainly on the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) market of Borsa Italiana. Davide began his professional career in a Corporate Finance boutique and graduated from the School of Business Administration (SAA) in Turin and obtained a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe.
