Francesco Fortunato

Francesco joined Ethica Group M&A Advisory team in 2024. He boasts ten years’ experience in Corporate Finance, having worked in the M&A Teams of Alantra, Banca IMI and Rothschild. Francesco has supported entrepreneurs, private equity and corporates in the execution of M&A transactions, with a particular focus in the Business Services, Industrial and Consumer sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Carlo Cattaneo LIUC and a post graduate Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
