Gloria Transerici

Gloria joined Ethica Group in 2025 as part of the NextInfra Advisory team. She previously gained four years of experience in the M&A Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure team at UniCredit, where she held the position of Senior Associate, contributing to numerous acquisitions and divestitures of assets and business units. Subsequently, she served as M&A Manager at Nexta Capital Partners, a developer and operator of renewable energy plants.

Gloria has solid expertise in the structuring and execution of M&A transactions in the infrastructure sector. She graduated with honors in Corporate Finance from LUISS University.
