Matteo joined Ethica Group’s M&A team in 2024. Previously, he worked in the M&A department at Fincantieri and in the M&A and Corporate Finance division at KPMG, where he focused on transactions in the Healthcare, Automotive, Energy, and Industrial sectors. Matteo holds a degree in Finance from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and a Master’s degree in Banking, Finance & Insurance from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.
