Paolo Russo
Paolo joins as Partner of the M&A Advisory division of Ethica Group in 2025. Paolo boasts over 15 years of experience in M&A having managed numerous transactions with strategic players and institutional investors in different sectors including mineral waters, bread products, food delivery and distribution, nutraceuticals, cured meats, sweet and savory snacks. Paolo graduated in Business Economics from the University of Turin and was previously Managing Director in the Corporate Finance team of Oaklins Italy/Banca Akros.
