Ethica Corporate Finance has assisted Wise SGR and Alcedo SGR in the acquisition of Kiian which, based in the province of Como, is a leader in the development, production and sale of special inks used in some niches in the screen and digital printing market.

Kiian operates through five production plants (in Italy, China and Spain) and three distribution centres (Italy, Holland and Spain), marketing its products in over 90 countries.
