Ethica Corporate Finance advised Schneider Electric, a French multinational group, in the sale of Controlli, a company operating in the energy saving sector.

Controlli is a company in the province of Genoa, operating in the energy saving sector, in particular, in the regulation, control and supervision of HVAC systems and industrial thermal processes. Controlli achieved in 2010 a turnover of 17€M, with an export share of over 40% obtained thanks to a sales and service network present in 25 countries
