In 2017, Ethica Corporate Finance advised Caredent Italia in a growth project based on the acquisition of around 20 dental clinics.

Founded in 2009 by Christian La Monaca and Chicco Reggiani, entrepreneurs with over 20 years of experience in the franchising sector, CareDent Italia was among the first established dental clinic chains on the Italian market.

In 2016, the majority of the capital of CareDent Italia (formerly known as Bistar) was purchased from investment funds managed by L-Catterton. In this transaction, Ethica Corporate Finance acted as financial adviser to the sellers.
