Ethica Debt Advisory advised the management and Alcedo SGR in structuring the financing for the acquisition of Atlantic Stars, an emerging Italian brand of “Made in Italy” sneakers positioned in the premium segment.
The brand employs a distribution network of around 500 multi-brand stores as well as various corner and “shop-in-shop” in Italy and in international markets like Japan and Korea. Added to these, Atlantic Star owns a showroom in Milan and a flagship store in Tokyo.
The production is entirely Made in Italy, partly managed at the Fucecchio site (near Florence) and for the rest at selected footwear factories in the area.
