Ethica Corporate Finance advised Bistar’s shareholders in the disposal to L-Catterton Private Equity

Ethica Corporate Finance advised Bistar’s shareholders in the disposal of 80% of the company to L-Catterton Private Equity.

Founded in 2009 by Christian La Monaca and Chicco Reggiani, entrepreneurs with more than 20 years of experience in franchising companies, Bistar has been one of the first dental clinic networks in the Italian market, with Care-Dent brand in over 30 locations throughout Northern and Central Italy and leveraging on more than 300 professionals.

Christian La Monaca, Bistar’s CEO, said: “We are really pleased with such transaction, as, together with a partner like L-Catterton, we could quickly achieve our target to manage 100 dental clinic by 2020”.
