Ethica Debt Advisory advised the management of Nutkao and White Bridge Investment S.p.A. in structuring the financing for the acquisition of Nutkao through a Leveraged Buy-Out transaction.

Founded in 1982 in Canove di Govone (Cuneo, Northern Italy) by Giuseppe Braida, Nutkao is a producer of private label hazelnut and chocolate spreads as well as of chocolate semi-finished products. Today Nutkao has a capillary presence worldwide, serving clients in more than 70 countries, and boasts a leadership position in the Italian and French private label markets, reporting market shares of ca. 70% and 42% respectively. In 2017 the Company recorded consolidated revenues equal to €130 mln.
