Ethica Debt Advisory advised SACMI in structuring a financing provided by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti

Ethica Debt Advisory advised SACMI Cooperativa Meccanici Imola S.C. (SACMI) – one of the leading global players in the equipment manufacturing for the ceramics industry and for the packaging and food & beverage sectors – in structuring a financing provided by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), in order to support new projects oriented to improve the efficiency of equipment manufactured, reduce the environmental impact and develop technologies 4.0.

CDP’s financing will be used to complete the 2016-2019 R&D program for which SACMI had planned a total investment of ca. €100 mln. All the projects will be achieved by the SACMI R&D Center of Imola (Bologna), which involves ca. 240 people and leverages on external collaborations with several Universities.
