Ltd. As part of a competitive procedure issued by the Court of Bologna following the request of “Concordato Preventivo” (prior arrangement).

Selcom Elettronica manufactures electronic equipment for household appliances and industrial automation sectors.

Through such transaction, Europa Investimenti aims to revamp Selcom activity providing both financial resources and professional skills to support development plans as well as guaranteeing financial stability.
