Ethica Debt Advisory has advised Fenicia SpA in structuring and raising of the financing to support the strategic group growth plan after the recent acquisition of Nara Camicie.

Fenicia Group, owned by Candido brothers, is a leading company in the Italian retail market of shirts, through the well-known retail stores branded “Camicissima” and “Nara Camicie”. The group is expected to reach a turnover of more than €70m and about 350 stores in more than 30 Countries aiming to gain a wider market share also by restyling and opening new branded stores in Italy and abroad.
