Ethica Group acted as financial advisor in the sale of Infoedge to Lutech, the Italian leader in the world of IT services and solutions, controlled by the private equity fund Apax Partners.
Founded in 2010, Infoedge operates in the field of design and implementation of Information Technology projects, with a particular focus in the areas of Business Analytics, Data Management and Enterprise Application, mainly for the insurance sector, in which it plays a leadership role in the domestic market, being a partner of 8 of the top 10 Italian insurance companies. Infoedge can count on a staff composed of about 150 consultants and IT professionals operating throughout Italy in Milan, Rome and Turin.
Lutech’s entry will facilitate and speed up the growth process in terms of professionalism, talent and innovation for Infoedge.
