Ethica Group financial advisor for the strategic partnership between Farma-Derma and the Specchiasol Group

Ethica Group assisted the shareholders of Farma-Derma in the realization of the partnership with Specchiasol.

Founded in 1989 in Bologna, Farma-Derma operates in the health and wellness products sector, developing innovative medical devices, food supplements, foods for special medical purposes and cosmetics, sold exclusively through the pharmaceutical channel.

The parthership aims to create the national champion in the development and marketing of Health-Care products with high medical value. In fact, the new Group, with approximately €130 mln in turnover, more than 300 employees and a network of agents of over 300 units, will have size and structure necessary to become a European leader in the nutraceutical sector.
