Ethica Group, with Canson Capital Partners, acted as financial advisor to White Bridge Investments in the sale to Ardian of a majority stake in Biofarma Group.
Biofarma Group is a leader in Italy and Europe in the development, production and packaging of food supplements, medical devices, probiotic-based drugs and cosmetics. The company recorded over € 230 million in turnover in 2020, achieved both thanks to an organic growth and an intense M&A activity carried out over the last 4 years.
The partnership with Ardian will favor and speed up the path of further international consolidation and development.
