Ethica Debt Advisory advised Prysmian Group, world leader in the electric cables sector, in obtaining a non-repayable grant and a subsidized loan granted by the Ministry of Economic Development through the signing of a Development Contract .

Prysmian Group operates in the business of underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, special cables for applications in various industrial sectors and medium and low voltage cables in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Prismian is a public company, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, with nearly 140 years of experience, a turnover of approximately €7,5 Bln in 2015, over 21.000 employees in 50 countries and 82 production plants.

The financing is intended to support the investment program involving the plants in Campania.
