Ethica Debt Advisory advised Brevini Power Transmission, player in the mechanical transmission sector, in structuring a financing provided by the facility export bank of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and brokered by BNL to support development on international markets

The transaction will allow the company to increase its production capacity, proceed with the technological and infrastructural adjustment of the various Group offices and open new production sites in Germany, China and Brazil. Among the planned initiatives there is also the consolidation of the commercial network in Turkey and Mexico.
