Ethica Corporate Finance advised Toscotec shareholders in the sale of a minority stake to Synergo SGR

Toscotec is a global player in the design and production of ready-to-go plants and machinery, as well as in the supply of individual components and services dedicated to the paper and tissue industry.

The Group, based in Lucca, in 2015 reported over 100€M million in turnover, of which 90% abroad.
