Maus
Ethica Corporate Finance advised the Carraro family in the sale of Maus
Ethica Corporate Finance advised Finaid, a holding company owned by the Carraro family, in the sale of Maus to a group of Italian investors coordinated by Italglobal Partners.
Maus, established in 1984 in Campodarsego (Padua), is one of the main Italian players in the construction of automatic deburring machines and vertical turning mainly for the automotive, aerospace and railway sectors. The company exports over 90% of its turnover mainly to Brazil, Poland, the United States, China and India.
The transaction allows the Carraro family (a leading shareholder of the Carraro Group, listed on the main segment of the Italian Stock Exchange) to focus on its core business, represented by the global production and marketing of power transmission systems, and Maus to expand in fast-growing markets like Brazil, China and India.
