Ethica Group with antoniolupi in joining the Laufen Group (Roca Group)
Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, has supported the shareholders of antoniolupi, a leading Tuscan bathroom furnishings company and design excellence benchmark, in their partnership with Laufen, a Roca Group company, an international leader in design and production of bathroom solutions.
The integration with Laufen, and the resulting entry into Roca Group, will provide an accelerating push allowing the company to more easily access new markets, strengthen its sales network, and invest more in research and development.
