Ethica Group with the Azimut Benetti Group in obtaining non-repayable contributions and a subsidized loan from the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy

Ethica Group, with the Debt Advisory team, assisted Azimut Benetti in obtaining a subsidized loan and a non-repayable contribution from the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.

Azimut Benetti Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of luxury yachts from 10 to 100 meters in length made of composite materials, aluminum and steel with over 45 models currently in production. Founded in 1969, the Group employs over 2,000 people and operates in five Italian shipyards and a production site in Brazil.

The benefits granted by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy as part of the Green New Deal tender pursuant to the Interministerial Decree 01/12/2021 are aimed at supporting a research and development program aimed at accelerating the transition towards sustainable mobility in the pleasure boating segment by reducing the environmental impact and introducing innovations and new technologies on boat models (yachts and megayachts).
