Azimut Benetti 4.0

Ethica Group assisted Azimut Benetti Group in obtaining incentives from Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy as part of Transizione 4.0

Ethica Group, through its Debt Advisory team, advised Azimut Benetti in obtaining tax credits for investments in capital goods from Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy, aimed at the technological and digital transformation of businesses.

Azimut Benetti Group is the world’s largest manufacturer of luxury yachts from 10 to 100 meters in length, made of composite materials, aluminum and steel, with over 45 models currently in production.

Founded in 1969, the Group employs over 2,000 people and operates five Italian shipyards and a production site in Brazil.

The digitalization project presented is aimed at improving the production performance of the Avigliana plant through the purchase and installation of new, technologically advanced machinery compliant with the requirements of the Transition 4.0 Plan. The project involved the introduction of next-generation systems equipped with digital solutions for interconnection with company information systems and the optimization of production processes.
