Ethica Group, trough its M&A Advisory team, advised Lanvin Group, a global leader in the Fashion & Luxury sector, in the sale of Caruso menswear (Raffaele Caruso S.p.A.).
Founded in 1958 in Soragna (Emilia-Romagna), Caruso specializes in high-end tailoring, both as an industrial partner to leading global fashion houses and as the owner of its eponymous brand, which produces men’s collections distributed through a select network of high-end multi-brand stores.
