Ethica Group, with its M&A Advisory team, assisted Confident, a network of dental clinics recognized for its commitment to prevention and the provision of high-quality and accessible dental care to the most vulnerable, in the sale of a minority stake to KYIP Capital – which invested for the first time through the impact investing fund KYIP Impact Mission (KYIM), an Article 9 SFDR fund launched at the end of 2024, dedicated to supporting Italian companies capable of combine solid financial results and generate positive impacts on society in strategic sectors such as health and well-being.
