Ethica Group alongside Déco as financial advisor in the partnership with Auctus Capital Partners

Ethica Group acted as financial advisor in coordinating the partnership between Déco, a leading Italian company in indoor and outdoor coverings, and Auctus Capital Partners.

Founded in 2010 on the initiative of Mattia Bambi, Lorenzo Caselli and Paolo Damiani, with a turnover of approximately €35 million and over 1,500 specialized retailers in more than 15 European and non-European countries, Déco boasts a range of unique collections in the Italian sector of outdoor coverings (Ultrashield, Décowood, Firewall, Panorama) and outdoor furniture (Terraforma), combined with a wide range of products dedicated to interior flooring (Clap!) and wall decoration (Twix and Moove), all supported by a digital and very innovative approach.
