Ethica Group, through its M&A Advisory team, advised the shareholders of Fine Food Group, a leading Italian distributor of high-quality “unconventional” food products (Tex-Mex, American, and Fusion), in the sale of a majority stake to Taste of Italy 2, a private equity fund specializing in the agri-food sector managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds.
