Ethica Group, with the M&A Advisory team, assisted the Marconi family in the enhancement of the logistics project that will create a new Fidenza logistic strategic center, with an area of ​​130,000 square meters. The development will be ensured by Cromwell Property Group – investor and asset manager active in Europe specializing in real estate assets mainly intended for office, logistics and retail use – which acted in the name and on behalf of Cromwell Italy Value Add Logistics Fund.
